The course title is Dysphagia Care Provision in the Context of the IDDSI Framework, and it provides a comprehensive training package across this key care area. It is presented by professionals with wide experience in the area of dysphagia, and is specifically designed for nurses and care staff who work in care settings where dysphagia may occur.

It takes approximately 1 – 1.5 hours to complete, and learners receive a certificate of completion at the end. Staff training is crucial to any organisation’s dysphagia management plan.

A key feature of this training is the detailed explanation and demonstration of the IDDSI Framework (International Dysphagia Diet Standardisation Initiative).
