How long does the course take?
The course takes approximately 1 – 1.5 hours to complete.
You can work through it as one continuous learning event if you choose, or you can take breaks, logout, and resume at your own pace.
Once you start the course you will need to complete it within 8 weeks. After that time your access will expire.
Do I need any special equipment to take this course?
You need a computer, laptop or tablet which is connected to a good broadband signal to facilitate the audio visual material that it incorporates.
You will need to have working speakers or headphones.
I don’t have a printer; can I save my certificate or the resources to print later?
Yes you can save them. Do this by using the inbuilt function on your internet browser (i.e. chrome, safari, edge or firefox). Choose ‘save page as’ from the file menu and save it to your machine. Alternatively use the pdf download icon on the top right of your browser window, if supported by your browser.
How long will I be able to access the course for after registration?
You will have access to the course for 8 weeks from the date you register. After this period your access will cease. If you have any difficulties with registration please contact us.
